These services vary and must be tailored to the Customer’s needs. Employment Services include services provided both prior to and after job placement. Services may include developing employability skills, assisting with job development, providing job leads, assisting with the interview process, and occasional job coaching.

Our Employment Specialists will be responsible for working closely with participants and learning their work histories, interests, and abilities, then use this information to match participants with jobs within the community.
